Kintner Modular Homes also offers concrete, poured and precast basement, windows, coupolas and ramps. Kintner provides custom design packages for well, septic and driveways. We feature home interior products from Anderson Corporation, Moen Faucets, Aristokraft and Lasco Bathware. Kintner Modular Homes offers on-site inspection, home design, ranch and split-level floor plan, assembly, installation and delivery services. In addition, we provide finance assistance through certified banks and lending institutions.
