Are you looking for a home that is both comfortable and of the highest quality? Look no further than Kintner Modular Homes. As a Premier Home Builder with over 50 years of experience, we understand that your home is more than just a structure – it is where your life happens. That is why we combine craftsmanship, durability, and thoughtful design to help you create your custom dream home with confidence and ease.
Looking For a Home?
Our modular homes are built to meet strict quality standards in a controlled environment, ensuring precision and consistency that traditional on-site construction often cannot match. This approach not only results in a stronger, more energy-efficient home, but also significantly reduces construction time and minimizes weather-related delays. You get into your new home faster, with fewer surprises and more peace of mind.
What truly sets Kintner Modular Homes apart is our commitment to Flexibility and customization. Whether you want an open-concept kitchen, a spacious family room, a luxurious primary suite, or accessible features for long-term comfort, we work closely with you to tailor every detail. You are never locked into a one-size-fits-all layout. Instead, we help you shape a floor plan and design that reflect your lifestyle, tastes, and future plans.
From the very first idea to the final walkthrough, our in-house service department guides you through every step of the pre-construction planning process. We handle the details that can otherwise feel overwhelming – from design choices and technical specifications to permits and coordination – so you can focus on the exciting parts of building your new home. Our experienced team is always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and keep your project on track.
