The cost of a module homes is determined by the floor plan you choose, the standard modular home specifications and the extra features you select. The cost of the construction tasks needed to complete your modular home is governed by the amount and type of standard modular home specifications, site work, “button-up” work, and extra onsite-built structures.
We’ll do our best to find the Modular home that fits your needs and price, and we will work hard to get you the most value for your hard earned money.
Modular homes are made from pre-cut segments of modules and then put together on site. The modular home builder is able to design the floor plan around your needs.
There are many advantages of choosing a modular home over a traditional one, such as quicker construction time and less waste. For the homeowner, modular homes offer increased flexibility and control in customizing their home.
A modular home is also cost effective because it only involves the costs for the materials for that segment of the house, which will save you money upfront
Modular homes consist of one or more modules that are built in a factory (according to all state and local building codes where the home will be built) and then we transport your modular home sections to your building site, where construction and finishing is completed. Each home module comes fully-outfitted with interior fittings, plumbing, electrical, doors, closets, and stairs, so there’s little finishing work to be completed when your home is assembled.
