Great times Working With Kintner from start to finish to price and quality. Thanks Dennis It’s been close to three years I believe. My house is absolutely amazing I love it to death. Most comfortable place I ever lived. House stays extremely warm during the winner. Stays cool in summer. I think for modular home this is well built better.
We purchased a Kintner home and we absolutely love it. From start to finish they were extremely helpful. I looked at other modular home builders in our area and none of them compared in craftsmanship & quality. Just walking through the model homes you can tell the quality you will get from Kintners. Our salesman, Dennis, was a pleasure to work with and helped us throughout the whole process. We have had only a couple minor issues and 1 call to the service department and they sent a service man out to correct the problem no hassle at all. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting a modular home to definitely check out what Kintners has to offer.
The absolute best modular company to work with! I have had my house for 4 years now. Their service is as promised. The quality is great! Stick built vs modular?? Modular builders have set processes and do not take shortcuts. I was treated with respect and kindness. It was one of the largest investments of my life and I have no regrets that I used Kintner. Ask for Dennis.
After looking for over a year at many modular home companies we always went back to Kintners. There is just something about all the great reviews we’ve ever heard from people who have a Kintner home that we couldn’t not go with them when it came to our forever home. The whole building process was very quick and awesome to see progress! All the staff at Kintners are very friendly and wonderful! We have never regretted one time with going with them! Superior quality, excellent customer service! I have had 2 Kintner homes built and was so impressed by the quality and construction of the first one, I never considered a different builder for the second! From Aristocraft solid oak cabinets to Kohler faucets, everything they use is first rate quality! Our home is riverfront and the Susquehanna was 10 feet deep in our front yard. Our quality Kintner home came through without a scratch! The professional team works closely with the homeowner to make sure your house is exactly the way you want it. We had very extensive modifications and customizations done and the team at Kintners welcomed our changes. Dennis helped changed the design multiple times, was there for every question and obviously took pride in our home! We love everything about our Kintner home and I very highly recommend them. Simply put, they are the best and no one else comes close!
Building a home is the most exciting time in a new family’s adventure. With that being said, it is also very stressful. Kintner homes’ employees were along for the ride with us as soon as we walked through the door, during the prep for the land, well and septic, foundation and finally the house. What is most important to me is that even now, 3 years in to the home, I call and they are always there for me. It is very important to know that if there are issues (which is inevitable when designing and building a home) that they will resolve them in a timely manner and hold up their end of the bargain and even go above and beyond. We love our Kintner home and we are happy we made the choice that we did. Thank you to Dennis and all of the employees (construction, billing, landscape and otherwise) we are forever grateful, warm and dry.

My fiancé and I decided in 2015 to build a new home. After looking and pricing modulars from all over the eastern united states we kept coming back to Kintner’s. Our project manager, Dennis (I won’t call him a salesman as salesman try to force things upon you), was 110% helpful and fully involved from the day we walked into his office even up to this day when we see him out and about. Any concerns we had were addressed and taken care of immediately, from blueprints to which trees had to go and which could stay. Dennis, Ryan, Dunny, Wendy, and Jerry all made sure everything was not only up to our expectations but exceeded them by and large. There’s no pressure to do this or that or have it built this way or that way, you truly are in control of the entire process, the team at Kintner’s does all the dirty work. In a sense, you pull the strings, they dance. Customer approval and satisfaction is of the utmost importance in the home industry along with safety and quality, all of which is top priority to the team at Kintner’s. Even the subcontractors (Nesslein Construction and Capwell Construction) went above and beyond all expectations to make sure the job was done with quality, care, and to our satisfaction. If I were given the chance to do it again, I’d go right back to Dennis and the Kintner team.
Thank you to the entire Kintner family and staff. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate our ideas and help incorporate them into our house; especially Dennis Yun. My wife and I are very pleased with our new home.
